Q: Where do we meet our chauffeur at the Eagle Airport?

A: Your chauffeur will be inside the terminal as you walk in on the right-hand side with a sign with your name on it. We will be ready to assist with anything upon arrival.

Q: Where do we meet the chauffeur at Denver International Airport?

A: Their complimentary service, the chauffeur will outside the door closest to your airline luggage carousel. They will be tracking the flight and will be in direct communication upon arrival.

Q: Can we rent a car for the day to tour around?

A: Of course. B-Line Express offers around town one-way transfers or one can obtain their services as hourly “charter as directed”

Q: Are we allowed to stop along the way from the airport?

A: All service requests do allow brief stops, any lengthy duration of a specific stop may require additional charges, billed at the hourly rate based on vehicle type.

Q: What do these rates include?

A: These rates are all inclusive to all applicable fees: base charges, airport fees, tolls, fuel charges, taxes, and chauffeur gratuity of 20%.

Q: Where do we get picked up at the hotel?

A: The chauffeur will be at the pick-up location 10 minutes prior to scheduled time, traditionally on the main front drive of the hotel unless otherwise specified.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Our company provides a four (4) hour cancellation policy, Inside four (4) hours of service, 100% billing will occur.
